Mitchell Scholarship

Students whose credentials are exceptional are nominated to be Mitchell Scholars, based on GMAT/GRE score (600/1200 or higher), and financial need. Five students per program will be selected for the Mitchell Scholars. This is a one-time $3,000—$5,000 scholarship. Deadline to apply for scholarship and submit GMAT or GRE scores is May 1, 2009 for the Huntsville-EMBA Program, and August 3, 2009, for the Tuscaloosa-EMBA Program. Notification of awards will be made at orientation.

Corporate Sponsorship

Most students receive some financial sponsorship from their organizations, either full support or partial. However, you may elect to self-pay. We encourage you to investigate your company's existing tuition reimbursement policies. Start by asking your supervisor or Human Resources about subsidies for graduate studies.

Download our Corporate Sponsorship Guide.

Our current classes have the following breakdown for corporate sponsorship:

  • 34% have full company sponsorship
  • 46% have partial company sponsorship
  • 20% are personally financing their EMBA
